About Happy Sky
Happy Sky Bakery's original shop is on Askew Road in Shepherd's Bush. It is a Japanese bakery and café that combines Japanese and French techniques, and it is known for shokupan, milk bread and Japanese-style savoury bakes. Soft, pillowy East Asian–style breads and pastries set it apart from a typical British bakery. It is particularly known for Tokyo milk loaf, honey toast, croissants and onigiri.
We do not yet hold confirmed opening times for Happy Sky. Independent bakeries often sell out and close early, so check before you travel.
Arriving by public transport? Head for Stamford Brook Underground station; from there it is a walk of about 15 minutes. 7 other bakeries sit within about ten minutes' walk, which makes White City Estate a good area to compare loaves and cakes. From central London it is roughly 5.0 mi away.
